Our guarantee for Glass Windbreaker Systems encompasses the replacement of parts due to material failures and manufacturing defects.

We provide a three-year guarantee on the materials for our windbreaker products.

Guarantee Period

The guarantee period commences upon the date of delivery or the GlassWindBreaker.co.uk installation date. If GlassWindBreaker.co.uk installation services are utilized and the buyer was not present during installation, and has not raised concerns within seven (7) days from the installation date, the guarantee period will start from the installation date.

Guarantee Restrictions

The guarantee does not cover:

 

• • Breakage caused by incorrect usage or deliberate damage.

• • Adjustment, repair, and replacement of spare parts due to normal wear and tear, negligent use by the customer or resident, or failure to comply with the instructions.

• • Damage resulting from shifting of supporting structures, unforeseen events, or natural disasters affecting the Glass Windbreaker Systems.

• • Alterations, repairs, or retrofits not sanctioned by the manufacturer or vendor.

• • Patterning that may appear in or on the surface of tempered glass.

• • Permanent or semi-permanent fixing installations from non-approved GlassWindBreaker.co.uk installers.

Liability is restricted to product replacement.
