Before Dispatch: If you decide to cancel your online order, you have a 15-minute window from the time of placing the order to do so. Please notify us via email at: info@glasswindbreaker.co.uk. If payment hasn’t been processed, you won’t be charged. If payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. If the cancellation request is made beyond the 15-minute window, you can still return the items as per the outlined steps below.

For issues solely related to faulty installation, you may request repair, replacement, and reinstallation.

How to Return a Faulty Item:

Notify us of the fault by emailing info@glasswindbreaker.co.uk. Upon notification, you’ll receive acknowledgment and return instructions. We will cover the postage and shipping costs for the return and provide you with a suitable courier and shipping label designed to secure GlassWindBreaker.co.uk products on pallets during transit. The courier will specify a usage period for the label, with instructions provided accordingly. Following receipt of your returned item, we’ll conduct a quality check and notify you of the outcome. If eligible for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 14 calendar days following the quality check outcome. For repairs, replacements, or re-installations, these will typically be arranged within 28 calendar days post-quality check outcome.
